Somm Table

The new winter menu! Allow our sommelier and chef to guide your table through a seasonal tasting menu with the perfect Wine pairing. This 6 course tasting experience available Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights, for 2 to 6 guests per table. Tickets are available now. We can accommodate some dietary restrictions, pescatarian & vegetarian. We require 12 hour notice book. $95/pp

Dine LA

It's Dine LA Restaurant Week again Jan 24 - Feb 7th. Featuring a fantastic 3 course menu for $55 plus tax and tip. You will be able to add on wine pairings, add the perfect bottle or try wines from our amazing by the glass menu! Upon Arrival: Amuse Bouche Course 1: Choice Of Hokkaido Scallop Crudo Or Winter Chicory Salad Course 2: Choice of Cocoa Rubbed Pork Belly Or Semolina Malfatti Course 3: Choice of Roasted Mary's Chicken Breast Or Pacific Halibut Ajo Blanco or Maple Miso Delicata Squash ending the meal with a Complementary Mignardises A Sweet Bite from the the Wife

Wine 102 Old World vs New World

Our 102 course is a one day immersive tasting experience. Delve into the distinctions between Old World and New World wines. Explore the fascinating concept of terroir and its profound influence on the flavors of wines. Understand how the soil, climate, and geography shape the essence of each sip. Demystify the world of wine labels. Learn how to read them with confidence, decipher industry jargon, and uncover the stories behind the words. This one-day class included wine tastings, printed materials, and lasts approximately one hour. You can buy any of the wines you taste to take home with you! In addition to our ticket price there is CA tax of 9.5% and an "order type fee" of 20% which is a gratuity for the staff. 100% of the gratuity goes to the staff.

Wine 103 Sake School

Do you love sake? Have you ever wanted to expand your knowledge about Sake? Well we have got just the class for you, come sit down with owner and Lead Sommelier Christopher Lucchese in this interactive tasting and class all about sake. Learn how sake is made and the different styles and names. We will explore how rice, koji and water make this amazing beverage and how similar to wine, that terroir matters in the final product.

Wine 104 Sparkling Wines from Around the world

Celebrate losing an hour at Daylight Savings with a class on Sparkling Wines of the World. We will explore all different styles of Sparkling Wines the World over, from wines made in the traditional Champagne Method, Ancestral Method, Tank Method, the Charmat Method, and others. We will taste 5 different styles.

Wine 401 Blind Tasting

Join Chris for a deep dive into blind tasting and sensory development into how to taste wines. Featuring 8 wines with how to taste, tasting notes sheets and including a small aroma packet on the table to enhance how you taste and smell. How to look at wine and discover how a smell or a taste can lead you to know where, when or how the wine is made or from.
